Oranging my way to Health & Fitness

I want to talk about my journey in fitness. Caveat: I am an absolute newbie and not really fit enough to know what I am talking about yet. My current plan is as simple as -
Step 1: Go to OTF atleast 4 times a week.
Step 2: Eat at home as much as possible. No processed foods.
Step3: Sleep atleast 8 hours everyday, no matter what.
